One of our providers is always On-Call for urgent matters and can be reached through our answering service. 

 

After Hours Urgent Only: Please call 203-795-6025 to contact the provider On-Call for assistance.

After Hours Non-Emergent: please call during business hours and we'll be happy to help you!

(Non-Emergent examples: scheduling, lab results, medication refills, appointment availability)

Emergencies: as a reminder, for any emergencies, please call 9-1-1 for evaluation and rapid care
